The most exciting thing about this episode was the preview for next week which looked pretty interesting.  Im ready for the destruction and violence : )

Dentist Round 2

Had a more successful trip to the dentist this time and actually got the work done!!  now i feel sick from the seditives.....  ready for dinner and some much needed snugglin time with the wifey ;)

had a great day of cleaning and rearanging my garage!!   I have my mma training facility set up and ready for domination training!!!!!   will post pics soon!

My new favorite beverage!!

I have always played with different beverages trying to make that perfect concoction and I have finally had a breakthrough.  Here is the recipe:

Mineraxtextreme: energy beverage
Items needed:
1 bottle of Gerolsteiner Mineral Water
1 bottle of VPX Redline Extreme (watermelon or grape)
ICE
Foam cup to keep the beverage cool

put both the mineral water and the redline in the freezer for approximately 20 minutes.  When it is time take them out and fill a foam cup 3/4 full of ice.  first pour the redline in then next the mineral water.  you can use less redline if you want to go by serving sizes, just add more mineral water to fill cup.  Next step mix lightly, and enjoy!


always make sure you don't have a heart condition prior to consuming redline as it is a very potent energy supplement.
